Pétillant Naturel

Pétillant Naturel is one of the oldest forms of winemaking.  Capped before it is fully dry, the wine finishes its fermentation in the bottle, which is what creates the sediment at the bottom and also gives the wine its effervescence.  This wine is made from Albariño grapes sourced from the Two Creeks Vineyard in Kenwood. This organically farmed vineyard has beautfiful 12 foot spacing and produces incredible wines.  It is bone dry, with vibrant acidity, perfect for any season and celebratory occasions
